Hot Shots Fastpitch is a 16U competitive team from eastern South Dakota. Our team philosophy holds a high standard to working hard and playing harder.  Following a team first approach, we expect grit, hustle and determination. All players will contribute to an atmosphere of perseverance especially when the going gets tough. We value a culture that leads to never giving up by modeling resiliency and promoting it within each other through peer support and increased mental toughness.  Our players must display the power of sincere and selfless contributions toward the team and our goals. Following this model will promote consistency and predictability to best meet the strategy of trusting the vision at all times.
